Large cancerous mass around the anus

Watercolour drawing of a large cancerous mass, which grew from the lower part of the rectum and protruded from the anus. Two small secondary growths involved the skin in the neighbourhood. On microscopical examination, the tumour was found to be an adenoid carcinoma.
