Pencil with watercolour drawing showing the hands and feet of a 21-year-old male with lobster claw deformity. He is also shown standing full length. This is a very rare inherited condition characterised by absence of the ulnar and of fingers 2 to 5, together with lobster-claw deformity of the feet. Also called ectrodactyly, split hand/feet deformity, ulnar hypoplasia.
