Wellcome Tibetan 69. Manuscript of a 'Letter writer' and the practical arts of correspondence. Black and red ink on white paper; bound in red leather over cardboard, with 7 sections sewn together and a red cord attached. Purchased in 1911. Last folio 126 recto - notes in cursive Tibetan and in Urdu or other Indic script [ref.
