Pencil with watercolour drawing showing sores on the penis of a man living rough on the street. He was a patient at the Royal Free Hospital, London. A note on the back of the illustration comments that he was a tramp whose sores were 'evidently from filth and neglect. Did not return after the drawing was taken.'
