Watercolour drawing of a tongue showing two smooth crescentic areas on the fore part of the dorsum. The patient, a man aged 22 years old, was only made aware of their existence by discovering them by chance in the looking glass. No probably cause could be assigned for their origin. From the Out-patient Department.
