Face of a child with cancrum oris

Watercolour drawing of the face of a child who died from cancrum oris. The greater part of the right cheek is destroyed, a black slough extending from the angle of the mouth over the ala of the nose up to the inner canthus of the eye. There is also a small superficial slough below the angle of the mouth on the left side.
