Watercolour drawing of the front of the abdomen of a little boy who had incomplete extroversion of the bladder. There was a globular swelling between the umbilicus and symphysis pubis, which consisted of the bladder covered by skin, but protruding through a cleft in the abdominal walls. The child could retain his urine.
