Watercolour drawing of the chest of a woman in whom both breasts were infiltrated with scirrhous, which was undergoing atrophy. The mammae were greatly diminished in size and were very hard, but the skin was not adherent. The skin over the left breast was much puckered and the gland was adherent to the underlying structures. There was not enlarged axillary glands.
