Of skin (ox-?). Rectangular, with inward-swung long sides öch projecting corner. Along the midline an outward-bellied ridge on the front and one with straps overflowed at the shield staged wooden bar 'on the bow side. The rod also forms, on the middle, "handle; under the handle an oval piece of leather inboard, for the protection of the hand; a leather strap eye attached to the handle is intended to be re-laid. At the top, the bar overtakes the edge of the shield and serves as a bracket for a decorative round tassel.of black ostrich plumes. Cf. 25. 20. 11-14 (Turkana). -.L.n0-cire left corner a 'narrow rum, formation a loop. At the end of the bar a black burnt hole after a fire drill. Length: 88.5 cm. Width: 33-42 cm.
