Watercolour drawing of the ears of a man who had symmetrical gangrene (Raynaud's disease) of the tips of both ears. The left ear is rather more affected than the right. From a man, aged 45, who was a costermonger by occupation. The left ear had been affected for three months and the right for two. He had always lived in England.
