The Stayette depicts a soldier on leave, dressed uniform m/1886 and cap m/1865. In his right hand, he holds a mauserrifle m/1896. The soldier wears a backpack with a coat and a tent part, pans, ax, tent pole, mauser bayonet and matornists. The footplate is attached to a black wooden elevation.
