The vase of the silver bouquet holder is in the shape of a goblet. It is beaded along the lip of the vase. Ferns are etched around the bowl of the vase. Below the fronds, floral motifs are etched above and below medallions that encompass quatrefoils. A chain is attached to the vase that would have been connected to a pin that is missing. The handle on the bouquet holder is shaped with and onion domed top and is etched with curvilinear designs. At the base of the shaft, a ring on a chain is connected so that the holder could be worn on the finger or attached at the waist to a chatelaine.
