Squared, hollow cylinder of the type ts’ung [cong] 琮; low massive form with narrow projecting collar at both ends; irregularly bored leaving rough gouge; mottled dull yellow, tans, bluish gray, and brown; one end yellowish cream, other end mottled dark bluish gray, cream and bright reddish brown; profuse cream white coating of decomposition; decoration: channeled and incised, grooves, corner ridges and faint circles. (Numerous chips.)
