CSA 10-cent Jefferson Davis. Issued imperforate. Printed by Keatinge & Ball, Columbia, South Carolina, in 1864 from the Archer & Daly plates. This firm continued to supply 10-cent stamps until the fall of the city on February 17, 1865. Recognized by the generally inferior printing and molasses-colored gum laid on thickly in uneven streaks.
