2001-2003
From Postal Inspector RR Domros work on 2001 Anthrax case and decontaminations of the Brentwood Processing and Distribution Center (Curseen-Morris). According to a July 17, 2013 email by Domros: "a fumigated and discolored US Flag ... that ... still smell[s] freshly fumigated. How that smell can set me back over 10 years as the fumigation actually happened on December 14 & 15, 2002..."
