This voting device was used by the U.S. delegation during the 20th UPU Congress, held in Washington, D.C., in 1989. The black metal box, manufactured by International Roll-Call Corp., has a plastic cowl around five multicolored voting buttons with LED lights. The electrical cord is detached.
