Rotary Perforating Machine

This perforator was one of seven rotary perforating machines purchased and installed in 1918 and 1919 by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP). These machines perforated United States postage stamps and certain internal revenue stamps printed on the rotary web-fed presses.
