Baltimore and Grafton Railroad Owney tag

The design of this oval-shaped, metal tag is relatively common among the Owney tags. George W. Ross, a Railway Post Office clerk on the Baltimore and Grafton railroad, gave this tag to Owney. There is no available information to indicate when Ross presented Owney with the tag.
