Front has a photograph of US troops marching in a parade with caption identifying the location and date as Paris, France, July 4, 1918. The opposite side has handwritten message by Loren C. Lossan at APO 767. Addressed to Mr. Louis F Stack, Hilberth, Wisconsin. Franked soldier's mail. Postmarked April 7, 1919. Censor mark with signature.
