Block of twelve CSA 2-cent Andrew Jackson (CSA Scott 8), tied by Mobile, Alabama, undated double circle cancel, on a wrapper addressed to Douglas M. Hamilton in Woodville, Mississippi. These stamps, totaling twenty-four cents, paid the rate for mailing twelve circulars, per the manuscript notation "12 Circulars/24cts." The Louisiana Relief Committee at Mobile mailed the circulars.
