This cover is from the Office of the Military Attache American Embassy, Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. The cover is stamped "Diplomatic Mail Free" and postmarked May 7, 1936 at 4 p.m. on the ship S.S. Western World, NY and Buenos Aires Post.
