Letter carrier uniform trousers

A blue-gray pair of unlined uniform trousers with maroon stripe. There are two side pockets and two back pockets. The left pocket has a button, but the right does not. The back left pocket has a union label on the inside, but text is smeared. Manufacturer’s label "Penn Garment Co. Williamsport, PA This garment is Guaranteed to conform to the latest United States Post Office Department Regulations."
