John Fitzgerald Kennedy, American, 1917 - 1963 · 1976
Distinguished by inferior printing and the dash over the "c," these counterfeits were discovered when cancelling machines in the Providence, Rhode Island, Sectional Center Facility rejected them because they lacked luminescent tagging.
