Single sheet of stationery is handwritten on both sides is addressed to the Hon. Justin S. Morrill M.C. [US Representative from Vermont] and is dated April 21, 1861. Writer Sewall Fulham sent the message in regard to a petition for local postmaster appointment and makes reference to the Civil War soldiers.
