"A Picnic Menu" item of ephemera

This item of ephemera is enclosed between the front cover and page 1 of the Rocheport, Missouri RFD patrons’ names book. The newspaper clipping (bottom left of page) includes recipes in section entitled "Planning [for] the Fou[rth]; A Picnic Menu." The reverse side has an advertisement for Goodyear Tires. The publication is undetermined; however, a similar version appears in the St. Louis Globe Democrat on July 3, 1930, including similar typesetting and border around “Planning for the Fourth.”
