"Meatless Menu" item of ephemera

This item of ephemera is enclosed between the front cover and page 1 of the Rocheport, Missouri RFD patrons’ names book. The newspaper clipping (bottom of page) includes recipes entitled "Meatless Menu." The reverse side has an advertisement with St. Louis, Missouri address. The publication is undetermined, however, similar font and border of the St. Louis Globe Democrat and similar content of articles in Chico Record, August 7, 1930; Richmond Times-Dispatch, August 3, 1930; and St. Joseph’s Gazette, August 17, 1930.
