A gray button-down uniform shirt with short sleeves and collar. The shirt has two breast pockets. Manufacturer's label: "Penn Garment Company Williamsport PA Made of Simpson's Soulette Poplin all combed sanforized." Size M and inked onto bottom of shirt "2 SS M 1320 7."
