The collar and neck of this drug jar is trunckated and appears to have been filed down due to breakage. It is marked <i>Viri Aeris</i>. George Urdang co-author of <i>The Squibb Ancient Pharmacy Catalogue</i> attributes this jar to 18th century Verona.
