This blown and molded bottle is marked <i>LIQ CORN CERV SUCC</i>. The jar would have contained a liquor solution of amber with cornu cervi (calcium phosphate from stag horns). The solution was used as a general tonic, sedative, antispasmodic, nervine, and antacid.
