<i>The Squibb Ancient Pharmacy Catalogue</i> describes this jar and 1991.0664.0707 as coming from the Alsatian region of France. It has an ovoid-shaped bottle with a long neck and four applied handles, and is marked "A Parietari". Parietari also spelled Pareitari was used as a diuretic. Its roots were boiled in water.
