This blown and molded clear glass bottle has a baked enamel label marked <i>OL SPICAE</i>. Ol Spicae is also known as Spike lavender oil. Derived from the distillation of lavender flowers it was used in perfumes, as a cure for headaches, and in the elimination of lice.
