Acoustic device with inscriptions that refer to patents of May 10, 1910 and Sept. 14, 1915 issued to Nathaniel Baldwin (1878-1961) of Utah. Baldwin held several dozen patents for various acoustic devices. This device may be related to hearing tests but its use is uncertain.
