Handleless spun ovoid cup on flared pedestal base with plain stem and circular, stepped ogee foot; applied molding at rim and foot ring, both with sawtooth beading, and punchwork circles and ovals encircling top and bottom of stem. Engine-turned diaper pattern around bowl exterior, interrupted by an engraved wreath of leaves on front, inscribed "Washington" in bright cut script near bottom, a large empty area above. No marks.
