Handleless spun urn-shaped cup on pedestal base with flared stem and circular ogee foot; applied die-rolled bands at rim and foot ring. Bowl is repousse chased and stamped with four astragal-sided reserves, three with pendant clusters of flowers and the fourth engraved "C. C. Washburn." in script; base has matching curvilinear design with flowers and textured ground of stamped circles. No marks.
