Plain-edged, shallow, circular skimmer with coffin-ended or clipped-corner, flat handle having a large, pierced hole at end; made from a single piece of sheet metal. Bowl is perforated with small holes arranged into a circle with eight, straight, radiating arms around one hole at center. Front of handle struck incuse above hanging hole "B.S. PORTER" in roman letters.
