Rectangular wool bunting flag. White field with equilateral blue triangle in center of flag. Unbleached cotton hoist. Machine-stitched using beige, white, and blue cotton threads. Some hand-stitching on the hoist. Flag panels have flat-felled seams. The inscription on the hoist reads "3rd Div. 4th Army Corps."
