Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with red pie-shaped triangles in each corner. The edges of the triangles facing the center of the flag are convex. White crescent in the center of the flag. White cotton hoist machine-stitched with open sleeve; no grommets. Machine-stitched flat-felled seams in natural and dark brown thread. Hand-sewn whipstitch to close fly end. Inscription on hoist reads "4th Brg. 2nd Div. 11 Army Corps".
