Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with a red border on the hoist edge. Blue crescent in the center of the flag. White cotton heading with no grommets. Hoist is machine-stitched with an open sleeve; one horizontal blue thread runs through heading. Machine-stitched flat-felled flag seams in off-white cotton thread. Inscription on hoist reads "2nd Brg 3rd Div 11 Army Corps".
