Rectangular wool bunting flag. White field with a red crescent hand- and machine-stitch into the center of the flag. Small reinforcement squares on the hoist corners. Hand-stitched undyed cotton heading with a blue horizontal thread running the length. The hoist has a metal grommet on each end and an inscription which reads "11TH ARMY/CORPS 1ST DIVISION."
