Wool bunting tapered swallowtail flag. White field with two diagonal red stripes that cross at the fork in the swallowtail. In the center of the flag is a number "2" done in blue paint or as an applique/insert of blue fabric (can't tell from photo). White hoist with no grommets. Inscription on hoist reads "Chief Q.M. 2nd Army Corps".
