Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with white diamond in center of flag. Red border around all three sides of flag. White or unbleached cotton hoist. Flag panels have flat-felled seams. Machine stitching using cotton threads in red, gray, blue, and white. There is hand-stitching on the fly. The inscription on the hoist reads "3rd Brg. 2nd Div. 3rd Army Corps."
