Rectangular wool bunting flag. White field with a blue applique or insert of two crossed cannons in the center of the flag. Reinforcement squares on both hoist corners. White hoist with a metal grommet at each end. Inscription on hoist reads "16TH ARMY / CORPS 3RD DIVISION".
