Rectangular wool bunting flag. White field with a large red applique or insert of crossed cannons in the center of the flag. Reinforcements on both hoist corners. White hoist has a metal grommet at each end. Inscription on hoist reads "16TH ARMY / CORPS 1ST DIVISION".
