Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with white equilateral triangle in center of field. Red border on all three side. Unbleached cotton hoist. Machine-stitched using red, gray, blue, off-white, and white threads. Flag panels have flat-felled seams. The inscription on the hoist reads "3rd Brg. 2nd Div. 4th Army Corps."
