Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with a red border on all three sides. In the center of the flag is a white shield with a painted blue anchor surmounted by a painted red cannon. The anchor and cannon are diagonally crossed. White cotton hoist with an inscription reading "3rd Brg. 2nd Div. 9th Army Corps." Machine stitching.
