Wool bunting swallowtail flag. Red field with blue border around all sides except the hoist. Blue acorn in middle of red field. Off-white cotton hoist with a grommet at each end. Tan threads. Machine and hand stitching. The inscription on the hoist reads "14TH ARMY / CORPS 3RD DIVISION."
