Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with a red border at the hoist edge. White circle in the center of the flag. White cotton hoist is machine-stitched with an open sleeve; no grommets in heading. The hoist fabric has one blue horizontal thread running through it. Flag seams are flat-felled and machine-stitched with blue, undyed, red, dark brown, and black threads. Hand-stitched whipstitch at fly to close end seam. Inscription on hoist reads "2nd Div. 2nd Brg 1st Army Corps R C Toy [illegible]".
