Rectangular wool bunting flag. Blue field with large white diamond hand-stitched to the center of flag. There is a small square white patch near the center of the white diamond, towards the bottom point. White hoist with a grommet at each end. Flag panels are machine-stitched with flat-felled seams. Cotton threads in brown and beige. The inscription on the hoist reads "3RD ARMY/CORPS 2ND DIVISION."
