Rectangular wool bunting flag. Yellow fringe on all sides except hoist. Field is red and white stripes with blue union. In the union, there are 13 white cotton stars arranged in an oval pattern around a yellow acorn. The hoist has two grommets. Threads are green, white, tan, and yellow. Hand and machine stitching. The inscription on the hoist reads "14TH ARMY / CORPS HEAD QUARTERS."
