Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with white St. Andrew's cross in center of flag. Each corner forms a red triangle; the edges of the triangles that face the center of the flag are convex. White cotton heading. Machine-stitched using brown threads on the corners and white threads for the cross. The inscription on the hoist reads "4th Brg 2nd Div. Army Corps."
